NovaForge is a nonprofit, zero-equity hybrid accelerator and founder community based at Office146 in Etobicoke, Toronto. We support early-stage AI startups through a 3–6 month milestone-driven program, hands-on mentorship, and access to a global coworking network.
2Who should apply to NovaForge?
Early-stage AI/tech founders—whether solo or in teams, ideal for idea, MVP, or early revenue—who are ready to validate, build, and launch. We welcome first-time and underrepresented founders.
3Does NovaForge take any equity or ownership?
No, NovaForge is completely zero-equity. You retain full ownership of your company and IP.
4How does the NovaForge accelerator program work?
Our hybrid model combines self-paced LMS resources with live mentor sessions, weekly milestones, workshops, peer stand-ups, and a final demo/pitch day.
5Can I join remotely?
Absolutely! Our accelerator is offered in-person (Toronto), fully remote, or hybrid. Sessions are recorded; resources are available on-demand.

Founders get access to coworking areas, meeting rooms, event spaces at Office146 (membership/tier-based), plus global coworking partner locations.

Mentors offer office hours, micro-lessons, and reviews in product, GTM, and fundraising. Investors lead AMAs, pitch reviews, demo day, and warm introductions.

Founders can redeem donated software, deep discounts, and credits for cloud, dev tools, marketing, finance, legal, and more—benefits vary by stage and eligibility.
9How much time is involved?
Expect to spend 3–5 hours per week, with increased intensity for key milestones like pilot launch, investor prep, and demo day.
10Are there fees or scholarships?
No equity is required; some services are subsidized or tiered by membership level. Scholarships may be available for eligible teams.
11What happens after I complete the program?
Graduates join our Alumni network with continued access to mentors, perks, events, investor opportunities, and may return to mentor or speak at sessions.
